Registration & Competition Terms
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Overview
Scope and authority
These terms apply to clubs, players, coaches, officials and other participants registering with SSMF or entering an SSMF-sanctioned competition. They operate alongside the applicable competition regulations, laws of the game, safeguarding requirements, codes of conduct and official notices. Where there is a conflict on a competition matter, the specific competition regulations and an authorised SSMF decision take precedence.
Registration
Eligibility and accurate records
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility requirements announced for the relevant season or competition. Every submission must be complete, accurate and supported by genuine documents. SSMF may verify information and request further evidence before approving or maintaining a registration.
- A person must not be registered under a false identity or through conflicting active registrations.
- Clubs must keep player, coach, official and contact records current.
- Registration does not guarantee selection, entry into a competition or playing time.
- Approval may be withheld, corrected, suspended or withdrawn where requirements are not met.
Clubs
Club responsibilities
Each club is responsible for its authorised representatives, submitted records, eligible team lists, participant welfare and compliance with federation and competition requirements. Clubs must obtain appropriate permission before submitting another person’s information and must cooperate with verification, safeguarding and disciplinary enquiries.
Participation
Rules, safety and conduct
Participants must follow the applicable laws of minifootball, competition regulations, venue requirements and lawful instructions from match and federation officials. Violence, discrimination, harassment, intimidation, match manipulation, corruption, abuse, retaliation and conduct that threatens safety or sporting integrity are prohibited.
Safeguarding
Children and vulnerable participants
Clubs and adults working with children or vulnerable people must follow the SSMF Safeguarding Policy, maintain appropriate boundaries and report concerns promptly. Participation must never expose a person to abuse, exploitation or avoidable harm.
Administration
Fees, withdrawal and changes
Any registration or competition fee, payment date, refund condition or financial sanction will be communicated in the relevant official notice or competition regulations. A club wishing to withdraw must notify SSMF in writing. Withdrawal, non-payment or failure to fulfil fixtures may lead to consequences stated in the applicable regulations. SSMF may change a schedule, venue or administrative requirement where reasonably necessary.
Discipline
Decisions and appeals
Alleged breaches may be reviewed under the applicable disciplinary process. Sanctions may affect a person, club, registration or competition participation. Any right of protest or appeal, including its deadline and required format, is governed by the relevant regulations or decision notice. Website records do not replace a formal written decision.
Information
Records and publicity
SSMF may process registration and competition information as described in the Privacy Policy. Appropriate names, club associations, match participation, results, statistics, disciplinary outcomes and approved media may be published as part of the sporting record.
Contact
Questions and acceptance
Submitting a registration or participating in an SSMF-sanctioned activity indicates acceptance of these terms and the rules applicable to that activity. Questions may be sent to ssdminifootballfd@gmail.com before registration or participation.
